I received my Xbox One yesterday and since then i'm unable to connect to netflix. I download the app and whenever i try to run it it says Cannot Connect to Netflix, i guess that's normal cause the app never asked me for my user name or password.
I can't watch anything on Netflix. Every time I try to watch a movie, it'll just give me a black screen and I have to reset my Xbox or else it's just stuck.
