Hi all, Firstly - my machine is a Surface Pro 3 running latest Windows 10 and latest downloadable AirVPN client from website. I am running standard Windows defender (windows firewall etc) and everything is up to date in terms of updates (as far as Windows update tells me).

So I use PIA and download all my torrents through this VPN, and I have the software set up to shut down access to the internet for qBittorrent in the event the VPN fails or disconnects for some reason as a fail safe. I literally have my torrenting software set up to only work through VPN.
